脊椎關節炎(Spondyloarthritis, SpA)是一種影響脊椎及周邊關節及部分內臟器官的慢性發炎性疾病，與先天的遺傳基因及後天的環境因素有關。本會議邀請脊椎關節炎領域之各國專家，主要為ASAS及GRAPPA兩個國際研究組織，美國風濕病醫學會(ACR)，歐洲抗風濕病聯盟(EULAR)之相關領域專家。從基礎到臨床，全面探討脊椎關節性關節炎相關議題。

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the spine and surrounding joints and some internal organs. It is related to congenital genetic genes and acquired environmental factors. The conference invites experts from various countries in the field of spondyloarthritis, mainly two international research organisations, ASAS and GRAPPA, experts in related fields from the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR). Over the whole conference, the comprehensive discussion from basic to clinical of spondyloarthritis-related topics is presented.
